- No MVP arena
- Warper- Towns only
- Platinum NPC ok
- No donates- or usable items only that do not give advantages more than any normal full buff- upgrade items- headgears or wings for    looks only-obtainable by quests is ok
- custom pets ok
- NO WIPES- If there are problems you deal with them and find a balance to counter any issues
- Active ADULT GM's (Sorry kiddies, maturity does matter- too many young emo GM's make for a bad server)
- No cards eliminated/altered
- No additional buffing of monsters/mobs/mvps
- Automated events ok
- No over use of exp events (if you have them all of the time, you may as well just change the rates)
- No themed server (Custom town ok)
- No skills in towns (standard)
- Gotta have a style npc
- Slotted Sunnies Quest enabled XD (I like my shades)
- No Main chat or player announcement abilities
- No server ingame advertising spam more than once every couple of hours (and limited to one line advertising server and forum)

(I've always wanted to be able to have Nif as my home town (to be able to warp/save there and get married there)

The player population does not matter so much with a server just starting out.  If a server is enjoyable, people will come, review, and tell others- and it will grow.

There used to be a server named Mythos that I enjoyed playing on very much.  I would very much like to see one similar.  It was enjoyable, well balanced, and had a great community.  It was a while ago, but I think it closed due to real life commitments of the ones running it (not due to low population, wipes, or corruption).  There are NO DECENT midrate pk servers.  I like to see one with the above implemented or just one with no extra bells and whistles, cards removed, mvps removed or overbuffed.  A pk midrate IRO?

 I want to play RO the way it was intended, just with pk enabled, and midrates, if nothing else. Oh, and I want slotted sunnies quest and db's.  This will make me a happy girl.  I feel like I just sat on santa's lap and told him what I wanted for Christmas. XD

Stable population, lack of corruption, generally balanced

How would you set up the server so people would want to play your server and not some ones elses?
Find something that makes your server *unique* there are tons and tons of servers whose only difference is hosting location

What Commands are you looking for?
@autoloot, @go, @whosell are my biggest concerns

What Rates Are you Looking for?
I am not so picky about exp/jexp rates, but I like higher drop rates (100x would be awesome)

Should the Server be Fair or Average or Totally Easy to do stuff?
Depends on what you want to do.  If you want to focus heavily on WoE, make it easy to level/get geared.

Are you looking for a Server that is mainly a PVP server?
If you mean open (everywhere) PvP, then no.  WoE focused, then yes.

Are you looking for a server that has so many customs you do not know what to do?
I generally do not like custom items.  It sets another level of imbalance.

Are you looking for a Server that is completely up to date on all the Ragnarok and Ragnarok Renewal Software?
No.  Honestly, I want a pre-trans server with high drop rates.

Events where people don't get high end stuff or kafra shop items.
GMs who know what they are doing and aren't lazy.


Something like 20/20/15. 99/70.
A GvG arena with WoE modifications.
Siege events with WoE modifications.
No Battlegrounds.
No Satan Morroc gears.
No Fallen Bishop card.
Boss card rates at 1.
No FE WoE.
No stat food in castle drops. Preferably no stat food at all.
No donation items or quest items such as Alice Doll[1], Hunter's Cap[1], Sunnies[1] or scrolls. No customs.
Only town warper or none.
