Rare RO's Custom Items

Hello , Just want to get some opinions about my server's current custom items, just tell me if you saw something unbalance, I might removed it or change its effect. I hope this is fine

If you find something unbalance maybe you can also post a new effect for it to be balance if you want

Max Level: 255/70 for Trans 255/50 for Normal 255/99 for Super Novice
Valkryie Helms donation items can be quested except Breaker and Gold.

So I guess there is something wrong with the robo ears , ima do something about it then.

Custom Quest Items
I only had a glance through at them. (since I'm sleepy, and there was a lot to read)  From what I saw though, they did seem alright.  I especially liked the wings that had 3 different levels to them.

Donation Items
- The +25 stat Robo Ear gears were a lil OP, but I see you've changed them now to +10, which is a good move imo.  I think the matk bonus from the Night Ring might be a bit too much though, considering there's already various matk gears in the game already. 

- I also don't like the idea of enabling frost joker to any class via the Music Ring either.  Then again, this might be because I'm a fan of the clown class, and I don't like the idea of giving out one of their more useful/disruptive skills to any class in the game to use at will.  I'm sure others would disagree though, it's upto you at the end of the day.

- The Coma Valk helm seems a bit evil too, but since there's already various coma gears/weapons out these days, I guess it's not so bad really.  Maybe reduce the AGI/aspd% bonuses though, the fact it can cast coma by a 1% chance is strong enough already.

Yeah I change it the robo ears already so next is im gonna change the music ring and make it not give frost joker skill, I'll remove the agi bonus and make it aspd + 10% for Coma Valk, and Reduce the bonus MATK of the Night rings
