I agree with everything.
this includes:
Sites, forums, and SERVERS in general that get hacked more than once...like scytheRO for example. Played for 7 months. Server got hacked twice, website hacked maybe 3 times?, and FORUMS went 'down' multiply times, in fact, every time somebody tried to complain about corrupt staff the forums were 'hacked' and they got a new one...Oops?
Also hate admins/GMs who are never around (or at least that's what it seems) and as soon as there's a complaint they're willing to get all snarky and defensive and call you a liar.
I hate it when GMs can't string together a sentence of proper english, or at least skip the whole grammar thing and go 'so who wantz 2 do a evnt?

The website was hacked because any dynamic script is vulnerable (it only makes things that much worse if you're getting a ton of traffic internationally, including the middle-east). The forums went down and we had to BUY software for vBulletin because the old IPB board was compromised and we weren't going to run the risk of an older forums script vulnerability.
Your post makes it sound like you think ScytheRO did it to themselves because someone made another "OMG I WAS BANNED SO STAFF IS CORRUPT" thread on the forums, that's absurd. The truth is we allow a WHOLE forum for appeals and reports against staff or players, and you can even PM me directly. What we DON'T like are those players who say "OMG I WUS BANNN, UNBANEDDD ME NOW! CORRUPT!" when they actually broke the rules and there is proof they broke the rules.

We don't ban people without proof (ever heard of innocent until proven guilty?), so if you're just yelling "harassment" after you just died in pvp or yelling at a GM that they're corrupt with no reason or proof then you're not using good judgment, period. If you come up to a GM and say "OMG I WAS HARASSED IN PVP" - They're going to ask for proof, otherwise we have nothing to go on. No proof, no case, no action (use screenshots, chat logs, ETC ETC). If it was a GM you were reporting and you have some suspicion then you can definitely PM me directly to avoid any worrying about what other staff might say or do. I'm not saying our staff is without fault or bad habits (sometimes typing full words takes a lower priority). I'm saying they're not corrupt or insulting to go and say something like "u sux lololol" unless they're some intern (someone with no commands) who just wants to get themselves fired.
It's funny how "GM's are never around" and yet there somehow active enough to be "corrupt" and "snarky".
GM's are always watching out for @request reports and acting on those reports.
What do you want to get in contact with a GM for, to complain about everything under the sun?
