I probably shouldn't be holding this up against the servers of the GM as they for sure have nothing to do with it but a server with a huge % of the pop mature as the person in the screenshot then I fear for its rep. oh well.

Along the lines of LRO, it is not low rate... First couple weeks the server opened EXP rates were multiplied by 3x 2x 1.5x.  This allowed everyone and their family to get a 99 sniper and 9x trans. When anubis gives 850k EXP per pop and Kasa gives 1.5million, there is a problem. To top that off, in December there was an event that could be used to gain 500mil+ EXP per hour with no gears. Yay for monster spawn x40 and exp x20? Come on plz, I got 5 98/99 trans in only 1.5 months of playing.

LegacyRO wasn't special. People joined 'cause of all the guilds; they then realized that it was utter s***. Over buffed Sinxs flying around with alice dolls and +7 valk sets, lawlawlawl. It got boring. :d

ParadiseRO is definatly the best low rate.
Abel, the owner, works hard at updating the server fast and keeping the players happy. He/she adds a monster areana which drop coins and if you get a certain amount, you get prizes, and there are many, so if you have nothing to do, go have some fun beating up monsters. Last I checked there was no customs either, which is absolutly needed for low rate servers, custom items would make any LR fall. They also make sure before adding anything that its all stable and fair for all players, not just the level 90+ transed. There is also a lower amount of staff, but of which is active, which I praise them for because having 10 staff members is un-needed. If someone isnt active, hire someone that is. Also, no matter the level of the GM, they do their best to help you and put you in contact with someone who CAN help you out if they dont have the power to. The staff is smart aswell, all their GM's have experience which is great ^_^

Kudo's to Abel, and Kudo's to gentoo for their amazing work on ParadiseRO. Honestly, you out rank every Low Rate AND Mid Rate out there, to be honest, you out rank nearly every HR out there as well (almost.) Please, dont shut down anytime soon, your the revolution to RO.
