Servers with Active PvP Scene?

So..Although I am a low rate player at heart, I have been playing DreamerRO for the last few months because of their awesome PvP Scene.

Today the administrator recorded a short video of the PvP Happy Hours Arena which happens twice a day every day. Something he said in this topic made me very curious:

"We have more people in that arena on a tuesday than 98% of servers have online total (counting their merchants)."

He was referring to this video..which shows 70+ people in PvP. (Personally I've witnessed 100+ in this arena before, so 70+ is not uncommon)

So my question is...Are there any other servers that has PvP activity close to this server's? Doesn't have to be that many.. I am happy with 20-30 people in PvP.

I want to know because I would like to try them out and compare the pvp activity to my current server...since I'm a PvP lover at heart I want to be where the most PvP action is.

I have played multiple servers and their PvP rooms were always empty..which is why i left.

So if you know of servers with active pvp scene such as this one please post below. (and provide screenshots/videos if possible?)

VanRO is probably the most used for PvP beware of customization ...

I haven't really checked any of the HR servers lately, but I guess that server is probably your best bet. There's so much servers popping out that it's hard to know which ones are decent.

Wow I can't believe VanRO is still alive! I remember playing that server in 2007.. I checked out their website but I can't easily see if its populated or not. Do you happen to know its current population? I checked the forums and they seemed kind of lonely..

I'm curious about any server with any rates that has an active pvp scene, not necesarily high rate. But thank you for your comment! I am indeed happy to be playing at dRO, just curious to see if I am missing out on something somewhere else

Check out Sarah, I mean they got 1~3k+ players, I doubt their pvp room is empty.

mostly asian/pinoy pre-re servers have active pvp. i've played a few international/western servers, they focus more on woe.

I did check Sarah out but it appears most people are into PvM at least when I played it

The population is also not indicative of active pvp since even when i played iRO Chaos the PvP rooms were always empty (2004~2006)

Why do people even bother about activity in PVP arenas? Most players from top woe guild did not even know where is pvp arena, since 1v1 pvp in ragnarok is pointless.

cuz pvp is fast and fun, not necessarily 1on1 which can be fun too. different strokes for different folks as some say?

PVP is undoubtably one of the most enjoyable aspects of RO for me and this is coming from a WoE player. After the first couple of years of playing the second edition of WoE, it kinda gets boring because you're ultimately playing the same setup and same builds with certain classes. High tier WoE just comes down to which guild is more organized.

PvP on the other hand is situational where you'll always have to experiment with builds and swap armors etc depending on who you're dueling.
