yeah i think 5% chance to cast full strip lvl 1.. so if you have fast aspd.. and some dex.. you'll have a higher chance of doin full strip.. by the way .. if you have 190 aspd.. you hit 5 atacks per sec right?.. so the drill katar has 5% per atk.. so making it 25%per second.... nah i think im wrong.. lol
