Player lag issue

ok maybe many of u might b facing this problem

well i am hosted on a hosting company which is Asia's largest hosting company. their servers are amazing and mind blowing security system. Best part, its situated with in my country. so i gt a ping of around 25-30 ms

I dont have any lag issues ever. But i dont understand why my players always lag. they say they have 1mbps connection, 4 mbps connection blah blah etc.

One of my friend playing the server uses same internet as i do ( i mean same ISP) but he says he is lagging where as i never lag!

I contacted my host and complained to them but they say everything from their end is proper and its an ISP problem. Now my players r not ready to buy that. What could be the problem??  Changing hosts will also do no good as i am sure the problem will not be solved.

Can some 1 help me what could be the problem and what can i do about it?

Tell them to do tracert at your server and to post it to you to see from where the problem comes.

CMD->tracert website/ip->press enter and check the ping at each nod

The nod with big ping or the one who gives you a time out = problem

Some ips allow you to complain and they change the way your internet work to not go into that nod but a big majority nop.
