Obviously there was no success, but the general idea about it, if you donate, you are more qualified than someone who is experienced as much as you are, but hasn't donated.

Kinda like if you have 10 years of experience in the fast food industry, and you go for a position as manager, and your only competition is someone who has everything you do, but he actually eats the food there.
