noob to low rate where to lv

im new to low rate servers and i cant figure out a good place to lv up at lv 70 im a sage btw and i was wondering if anyone could help me outwith a good place to lv and /or/a good build for lving thx in advance

If you want to kill monster by monster then leveling at Siroma's is nice. Mobbing using Heavens Drive + 4 Pitman Cards at Galions or Rachel Sanctuary is nice also.

its a 4/4/3 rate server so there shouldn't be any problem for you to level up and become a great sage!.
