No Slotted Lower Headgears

Hello everyone, I'm here to ask RMS people for their opinions about "No Slotted Lower Headgears" .
My server is called RareRO where the Wings have 1 Slot and makes the players have 3 slots in total for their headgear. Recently i got his suggestion from a player about removing the slots, which is kinda big change if it happens.

For me I thought this will make my server better, or much balance.

But I wanted to make sure, so I'm here asking everyone to help me think about it.
Atm I'm asking my players about this as well.

i wanted to ask too if there is anyway to catch Macro users, i have Elecom Shield but it doesn't block Macro because Vanguard mode of elecom doesn't work with my client and no way to make it work atm, my friend got a server with game fort and it doesn't block as well. I'm kinda thinking of making it legal if i won't be able to catch them :/.

Slotted Lower Headgears is terrible in my honest opinion.

Imagine an HW with decent equipment running around with Maya Purple, Marduk, and Keyron Card in their hat.

Slotted lower headgears are not that bad, from what I have seen and experienced.

I play on a low rate server in which lower headgears have slots, and it works just fine in terms of balance.

I think they might work, IF the server does not have high MvP card driop rate. Stuff up a clown/gypsy with full def gear, toss 3 kiels in headgears and two expert ring and do 24/7 spam of tarot...or instacast, no delay wiz, that's nice too if the server got nerfed GTB.

I actually never played a server with slotted lower headgear, as 99% of those are HR/SHRs.

Macros doesn't send packets to the server, so no. A marco resembles someone clicking very fast, clicking a specific position on their screen, or spamming a button on their keyboard. So it'll be impossible to bot, although it's possible to hotkey F1 with a potion and scam the macro for F1. You can increase the delay rate for using a healing item to fix that. But when macroing skills I guess you can increase the aftercast delay rate.

More than one slotted headgear is obscenely imbalanced; it's like if there were more than one slot on shields. Quad-Thara shield = gg.

I remember good ol' time when there were slotted sunnies. I think it worked long time ago, but now there is just too good head gear cards and I would suggest you to leave slotted lower headgears off.

Not sure if nerfing existing system is that great thought. People might get mad if their good carded lower headgears are simply wiped off. Thought if you have super high rate server it isn't that bad nerf.
