High Rate, no Customs

So I'm looking for a server to test builds out in WoE. Is there a high rate, 99/70 server with a high pop for people to test WoE builds? I've started playing on a low rate server and I've gotten some great suggestions for a Full Support Prof, but don't want to spend weeks building up a char and be disappointed with the results in WoE.
If it doesn't exist, I think there would be a large market for something like this.

Ragnawest is all about WoE, has a high pop and pretty good rates (high enough to collect gears, 0.01% on MvP cards abd 2% on regular cards) 99/70.
the only downside is, the main language of the server is Brazilian, the site too and without translation files you're going to have a brazilian ingame text.

If you can get past that, it's a great server for WoE.

While you can get away with less than ideal WoE builds on most private servers due to lack of population and playerskill, my recommendation would be to read the irowiki forums and specifically the subforums for the class you are interested in. They have big topics about builds, equips and huge picture threads also. Copying the most popular WoE build from there will pretty much guarantee that you'll end up with a character that'll do really great on all private servers.

Presuming a somewhat balanced server, playerskill becomes quite important in WoE, so I don't think such a test server would really help.

0.01% is for boss cards you dolt, I don't think a server with 10% MVP card drop rates would be very good for testing woe builds, especially ones that are going to be used on a lowrate server.

This isn't entirely true- iRO is a very different place to play than private servers because there's a lot of lag in many aspects of the game, and a lot of their build/equipment choices reflect this.  It wasn't uncommon to find knights defaulting 97 vit pre-trans on iRO because in a lagged environment you don't always pot as fast as you'd like to and you needed every point you could get.  Even today you will still find iRO players staunchly defending 90+ vit builds for Lord Knights when on a private server that is just not necessary or even feasible.  That being said, iROwiki forums are usually full of pretty solid advice and you will find a good outline for any class build there, though it might need some tweaking for your individual server.

Fortunately for our OP, a WoE Professor build is really obvious.  97 vit, enough int to level if you need it, rest into dex, add some str if you like.

According to RMS, High Rate means only base EXP, no drop nor job exp

you might wanna join the arena server from gaiaRO - it's where they uphold their super-WoE, a tounament(WoE 2.0) they made, different guild from different servers in one massive woe. in the last super WoE, population reached around 900+ there was supposed to be one last may 31 but got cancelled and moved to june 14

there are some things to note though:

-jobs/classes are limited to how many partys your guild can make, cant make a guild full of champs/sinx
-limited items and supplies(read rules/mechanics for the list) you might not find the items you need for your build
-next super woe will be on june 14, you'll have to wait till then to actually try your build in a WoE scenario, although you can still test out builds and stuff through pvp
-forum is mostly not english
-you also need to be in a guild in order to start(pick jobs, get equips/items etc.)

High Rate? err.... is X50 high enough? iRO Sakray is open for testing currently. They are testing Episode 13.1. They also WOE on iRO Sakray. There may even be special Test NPC making it easier to obtain new items for testing purpose. However iRO Sakray runs off AEGIS platform, which is different from eAthena. If your intention is to test builds for an eAthena server; then iRO Sakray may not be the ideal choice. Try advertising under the server seeking section or you could get some friends/ guildmates together and use RMS Test server for some quick test on WOE builds. WOE is open 24/7.

Or no custom monsters?

or no custom scripts?

My server doesn't have custom equips. just custom monsters and scripts. (for now bwahahaha)
