Maybe Kisuka is looking for empathy, regardless of my thoughts on the server I can sympathize with the situation. Having a RO server has wonderful aspects, but there is always negative ones as well. There's good and there's bad people in the world, and every variation in between. With a large population you're bound to have bad apples who's only kick in life seems to make others miserable. Having to "take crap" is easier for some people than others, but we all have our limits.
I know exactly the kind of players he/she is talking about, the kind who break the rules left and right and then get mad for being punished over it, throw a tantrum and will insult you and/or the server in every way they can, be it claims of corruption, bias, imba, calling you names, anything expect realizing that they brought the punishment upon themselves and fully deserved it. To them it's much easier to blame someone else than to realize their faults. They're the kind of players that can ruin a server, or at least ruin your experience.
To try and answer Skotlex's perplexity (even though the question is not directed at me), there's also some really really good players who are nice, fun and happy, who are grateful for the work you do, that's what keeps us going. Factually the good kind of players far outweighs the baddies, we just tend to notice them more because they get on our nerves.
