Anyone know where the dark-ro.net server is hosted?  It's a pretty mysterious server, it doesn't want to be listed and has been running for like 5 yrs+.

Let me rephrase that.
Dead = non-existant servers, even an online server with 0 players online currently would be a server, which is not dead as long as there are updates.

Looks like the InsomniaRO stopped caring about their server (forum flooded with bot posts) and server has been down for several days/weeks (?) now; I'll take it off the list because of that for now.

Teeny tiny correction:  GatheringRO is hosted in Germany, although yes, we are an international server.  And we list our rates as 5k/5k/Unique

Added an upcoming server TwinkleRO (40/40/20); its launch date is set to 1 December and it's hosted in Germany!
