Rageful Zen, tired of trying to fix things?  Once again, I have no affiliations with ANY servers but Vash is smearing Yor's name.

Also, Usako made those sprites.  She didn't steal them for the very last time.  I admire your loyalty to Jynx Online, but there are certain truths that need not be overlooked.

think of it this way kitto.

you spend hours upon hours of time working on makeing sprites you think would look good on your server. then when your done someone steals them, claims they made them and give no credit to the orginal author.

now wouldnt you be angry? I know I would.

get angry... then pm them, iftheyre unreasonable.. move on.. you can always have the original... you know very well theres a possible way to make an original..
copy into a cd, date it, envelope it, mail it, never open it until you need to get evidence.. if any serious crimes happen like alawsuit and you go to a courtm you have an actual evidence..
simple like that, staring at someone else server is just ... well.. boring, none of us do it..

if your sick of someone taking your junk, protect it.. simple as that... move on, be happy... make sure nobody can steal nothing, improvision...

i just want to drop the suject.
my main goal was to settle this, not to get jynx online back on the list.

i play jynx online everyday... it wouldnt neccessarily mean im loyal.. just no other server i like.. they have what i like... all combine whatsoever.. i came originally from IRO, then went to NLRO... didnt like it.. stayed there for about 5 months then transfered to other private servers.. jynx online is the only server ive been on the longest.. i love to help developing servers.. im a somewhat web designer, not good but i never refreshin my skills.. check the jynx-online.net flash banner at top left.. cool hu? i thought it was good for a beginner.. it was just a random thing.. it gave me something to to do as a fresh beginner.. i protected it with a password..

every file made should be protected...
i just want to drop this topic...
i dont want people to think of jynx online as a bad server because people will leave, then jynx cant keep the server up, then ill have nothing to play but starcraft and silly ole GunZ online

There's a high possibility that 133talchemist is Jynx.

Which means I'm taking my turn on this. If this is trully a GAME, as you call, may you answer these questions please?:

1) Why do you want the scripts you receive as donations be PM'ed instead of posting? Scripts are under GPL, due that eAthena is under GPL aswell, but removing the credits isn't (Violation of licences is illegal). Anyway, who would "steal" a custom npc anyway? Releasing it voids already the steal part. So what are you really trying to do, hide the fact that you guys actually run eAthena? To hide the fact that you can call the scripts "your own" once you get it because no one has trully seen the script before? C'mon...

2) Do you guys have some kind of policy where all the facts against your "lies" have to be deleted? I include here the one where Damien abused of a player and 2 other players helped on it to cover it (Player is Click/The Last Hope) and the topic named "Bots?" where it said that Jynx is fed up of eAthena, that she won't reply there not even by chance. What about Vash then? He does browse eAthena, he does ask questions (that, for being a "developer of his own server" sounds too noobish for me: http://www.eathena.ws/board/index.php?act=Search&nav=au&CODE=show&searchid=7ba741bbbb982827f03a0556af7e2c53&search_in=posts&result_type=posts ) and he does reads our comments (He removed the same siggy quote he has on Jynx forum to prevent any linkage of him with his server).

3) How come you have the same scripting engine as eA if you guys say your server software is completely unique?

Failure to answer or avoidance will tell us that we're right, aswell as I was on the topic that you guys deleted, and which I took screenie of before its deletion:

Oh, thanks riot for opening this topic again.  I was having internet problem yesterday didnt get to answer some question and point out the obvious.  I'll state my point here.

btw, i forseek the topic http://s12.invisionfree.com/Jynx/index.php?showtopic=3568 on jynx forum will be removed very soon.

and btw. for ratemyserver... it was never said by vash to use proxies on ratemyserver to submit more than 1 review...

Well, too bad I came a step too late again.  That topic in Jynx Forum has been removed as of now.  But I will show you the screenshots I took before I issue the charge on Jynx-Online about the cheating.  I took them as proof of the charge so they can't simply remove the topic and pretend I was in the wrong:

The first screenshot should be the one that you said it has not been edited whatsoever, yes you are right.  However, Jynx had removed Vash's post just a few post below the first post after the first email I sent about their cheating action.

Screenshot#2 is the "attachment item #1" I mentioned in the email, I attached to the email.  Of course Jynx didn't want to show that to everyone.  You can go up to her and ask what is in "attachment item #1", I wouldn't expect much from her answer other than another lie.

That being shown, now that means Jynx: "They say we told you guys to use proxies, which we didnt in the topic they gave on my forums." (on
http://s12.invisionfree.com/Jynx/index.php?showtopic=3568 again) Is another lie.  She simply 1) removed trace of facts 2) tell everyone she didnt do it 3) said everyone else is wrong except her.

As pointed out by Usako in her long post, Jynx's attempt to show me prove of the Japanese site that she took sprite from, was just another lie.  A lie to prove things.  Here I will give you a sumed up version if Usako's post were too long and you didnt read.

The text on those sprites are exactly the same. only the images are changed. also, all the sprites around them are the same. the only difference is that the sprites that were originally there, aren't, and they pasted the images of mine in."

See?  Jynx sent me photoshoped "prove" in an attempt to lie to me that she took sprites off a Japanese site. Even "prove" can be a lie, this really scares me.  I simply can't believe how anyone can believe everything she said.  One more thing about this, remember:

Turns out, Jynx didn't want to give anyone the link simply because the "proves" were photoshoped and not the same as showed on the japanese site.  Of course she can't give out any link, otherwise everyone is going to see what she did to her "proves".

As a concluding statement, if anyone from Jynx-Online is reading this, please understand Jynx deleted evidence of cheating, faked proof in order to get away from the charge of stealing.  Now you tell me how to judge.

Correct me if im worng, but i believe the reason it was reopened was to expose evidence which jynx has covered up.
