What if we offered customized websites to guilds (on requirements naturaly [Guild lvl, Number etc..] with as domain subdomains like
Server.com/guild name
with fancy features Screeni upload Forum ,Forum bridging shoutbox etc.....
The server is a 10x with the best gear hardware and brainwise ( xD)

under my ambitious/suspicious way of thinking, having my guild discussion accessible by the authority of the server is not my best interest.  Because it means some server staff that have access to the site can access your secret planning etc, and member would have the feeling of being watched i.e. any bot related, anti-gm, cheat, exploit discussion will be impossible.  If one need a guild forum one can just open one of those invision free board.

Well in this server there are only 2 gm's me (owner) and Laecertus (admin) and neither of us play there nor do i think anyone will ever have a problem with him.
Well from your statement,Unless the guild is a bunch of mediocre cheaters i don't see why not :x!
and there is more than just the forum, think of it as another way to attract players to your guild. We already have the guild bases script but but but...
