Well, i believe the "trolls" saved JelloRO from dying before even opening cuz enabling PVP on MVP maps are just a complete waste of time. There would be more people trying to disrupt ppl from MVPing rather than actually compete to kill the MVP, also ppl would just abra in their private dead branch rooms 24/7. Doesn't sound fun at all.

I brought up the issue before everyone, saying PK on MVP maps is no good, and if it isn't removed, at least make substitute maps to level at so no one is griefed.

So in short, the trolls did nothing, as a normal player was the first to address that issue after it was implemented.

Trolls only said "EFF U I LEAVE NAO KTHX" which obviously got the admin to change her mind. See the difference? To approach with diplomacy bears nothing, but to be a large group and threaten to leave obviously gets you what you want. Both acknowledged that PK on MVP maps was bad, but only the "kthxbai" group was adhered to.

Just shows the thought process of the staff, s'all.

@Yusifer well I think they did that because there was a majority complaining while you did it alone(based on the info you gave). So who would want to change something just for a single person instead of what most people want? That's how I see it, but if you had people with you(not the trolls) who were complaining about that release, I can get where you're coming from.

lol actually they all threaten to leave cuz the GM implemented it without discussing how majority ppl felt about it. Once the GM made a poll about it, it was clear majority of the ppl didnt want it, & like u said 95% ppl = trolls in the forums

My guild was planning on moving here. I, however, quit while they were on LuminaRO (Donates made it pointless, killed what little patience I had for RO.) Anyways, a server getting attacked even before it opens really sends the message that there will/could be chances of future attacks. That and the fact that the trolls = bad community. The community makes a huge difference for me, because honestly I want to just enjoy the game without having to put up with peoples s***.

Sorry, no one trolling RO is lulzy, knock it off.
