No. The whole idea of RMS is to have an unbiased environment for reviews, chitchat, etc.

Not that yC couldn't do it, but it's not the point of her website.

There is a RMS test server, which is enough.

Well I can tell you there won't be a lack of RO servers in the foreseeable future.  I *might* host a productive server for RO iff 95% of the server dies and there is a demand for a server to be up so that people will flood onto it lol.  I am sure owners out there won't let this happen so don't take the conditional statement too seriously .  Right now, there's too many servers you can choose from.  Don't worry that you won't have RO to play when you are in the 40s.  There will always be servers around.

It is best for us to save our resource in maintaining this site and forum.  We enjoy our position to guard the community and serve as a neutral ground. 

Furthermore, it isn't easy to open a GOOD server.  Skillful staff are hard to find these days.  Riotblade will be too expensive when he gets his engineering degree 

tl dr: The answer is no.  What Yusifer said.  What Yukino said.  We have a test server and that's enough.  We have no interest and no extra human resource to maintain a productive server.

well there are too many bad servers,to few good servers. i think im hoping too much. 
but seriously they lack in GM experience, or they are being tempted by corruption.

if there's any chance that you moderators of RMS will create a private server i will surely join!!

Well yea I too wish there are more quality servers out there to keep the people happily playing.

GM experience can be learnt >> That's always needed to built a good server and as I said skillful people are lacking right now.
