I've also made bad experience with those "RO Hosting" services.
I've tried many of those (found most of them here on rms) and it ALWAYS turned out that at the start they did well, but after they get more customers it all went downhill.
They often offer too cheap VPS, but too many services, so they get overloaded with requests and can't keep up with the work anymore, including the quality of the services.
That's why I suggest going with "real" hosting companies. With them you can be sure to get professional help and services. The downside is that the prices are way higher, but at least you can be sure to get what you paid.
In my opinion, I always had good experience with rapidxen until now. Never had any downtime and their work is professional and fast.
Of course, another downside is that they don't offer any of those RO services, which is not necessarily a bad thing, since it's better if you acquire the knowledge on how to do those things, anyway.
