I need help with finding the treasure in payg_cas04. Can i only get the treasure during the War of Emperium or something?

You can only get it from the treasure room if your guild own the castle and you're the guildmaster, since only the guildmaster has access to the room. And the chests spawn the day after WoE for the most part.
