Hoping for 10-25x rates. No more or less, MVP cards at 0.1% or less(Don't want to see everyone using GTB cards in WOE)
I don't want there to be a npc job changer, platinum skill, or healer(free) in towns, and if there is a warper, want it to be a 'unlock' the warp first type.
Also want no customs that make others useless(IE no wings that give +20 to all stats, 5 slots, etc, crap that makes donaters overly powered)
Basically I am looking for a 'default' or as close to this as I can find(while having rates 10x+ to help me get my friends to all join)
Hoping also for a active, medium sized population with a economy that actually exists(most of the servers I have been on have not had a economy to speak of, or if they did, items were thrown so far out of whack u could get whisper cards for 500zeny)
Anyone have any suggestions? I plan to stay with the server if/when I move to it, am sick of server hopping looking for one that will last. And while Lotus RO is perfect (aside from the fact there's no economy, and low population) since the wipe and hp/sp modifier/regen fix, I have a sinking feeling that the admin is going to reverse all his changes and cave in to the 5 or so 'elitists' who can't handle playing the game with normal rules in place.
