 Can some1 tell me a server that have 500 people online good part of time?

I'd suggest Legacy RO. They have like 1k people and the rates are 10/10/10. I used to play it but then I went back to iRO. Really friendly community with tons of shops. http://www.LegacyRO.com

Only a handful of servers have that kind of population, just look in the top5 of rms low rate.

heRO has about 120 players on average, much less than you are hoping for, but still not a total ghost town either, hit my sig if you wanna give us a try, it's a fun and unique server ^_^
