Give me the good and bad for OnceRO?

I'm actually pretty interested in trying the server but I can't find solid background info on it.
I'm also going solo this time around.

Could someone give me the good and the bad for this server in terms of the environment and community?
Is it predominantly English?
Is the economy stable?
Is the playerbase composed of mostly vendors?

If you played GGRO would you say the experience was similar? (Literally 0 customization and authentic RO experience.)

Can a guy just shout for parties or group up for certain objectives?
Is the server normal in terms of the original RO gameplay?

TL:DR

I really don't want to invest into any server that isn't capable of giving me an original RO experience. I enjoyed GGRO because everything was just like RO, I hunt for my cards, farm my zeny, and party level at magma/whatever to get to max level.

The Economy is a desaster through a full nerf of every item worthy being sold. Takes you forever as newb to get at least 1m. On the other side cecil cards and other stuff cost far over 60m each.

The head GM is Yrvine, kwown as one of the true corrupt admins so far, and he still fails on his 3rd attempt to host a server.

Change Yrvine for cookie and you're practically talking about GGRO.

Yrvine and Cookie couldnt be farer away from each other.

Cookie is a selfish fag who overestimate his own skills by far and still yelling out how cool he is for the work other admins do without speaking a single word about. Also, his bugfixings skills are just average. But if he starts something, he is highly motivated and dont mind to investigate a lot of effort in his work.
Yrvine basicly is more introverted and barely comunicate with his own comunity. Bug fixes mostly just dont happen for whatever reasons. He also seems to have an eye to recruit retarded GMs.

If I would have the choice between a server from Cookie and Yrvine, I would just quit the game before think about to set a feet any on them, because its basicly the choice between pest or cholera.
The reason why I played Once-Ro is because I didnt know its Yrvine.

Cookie mostly does single actions and go back to other bsns after. The true danger comes from Kamui and Zinnia aka the developer of adelays and LinkZ (known as the guy who is selling security bypasses for every server).
They created a new protection and now can sell bypasses without much effort which means double profit. Anyone whos buying their stuff simply is retarded and throwing money into their throats.

The GM stuff doesn't bother me too much, I never invest anything other than time into RO.

If you dont want a server which is overcrowded with pinoys I would suggest you to transfer to estlandro or lokiro. But I personally dropped loki because the has no idea about server concepts. Lokis client also is a desaster thx to hashield.

Isn't Estland populated by a majority of non-english speaking players too? I am almost positive that they have a pay2win system too.

Estland and Loki are populated by several Russian and people from east Europe in general, but I guess they have English speaking players too.

I have been in some of the Yrvine's servers too, some without even knowing it was him, since he's just keeping his identity under different names.
OnceRO is TalisRo never announced 2nd version of the server, a bit more balanced but still easy to play and under the easy to get mechanics.
When I was playing OnceRO the chat was rarely in English, and #main chat only existed, so it was flooded by people selling stuff.
Players suggestions are taken frequently as I can see, forum GM events are very recent so I guess a event GM has been hired, there are few in game events. Not sure what kind of reward system they use in game, coins or tickets I haven't had the chance to test it yet.
Server seems stable, the economy is terrible as there are items selling for sick prices and players who can easily farm high tier equips.

On the other hand I have to quote what exii said, Yrvine indeed has a bad reputation for being corrupt and unable to handle a server and many people can confirm this. Well am not going to bring up the entire story  or this is never going to an end...also this is not the right thread 

Please don't compare Cookie with Yrvine, at least Cookie perfectly knows what he's doing.

Yrvine servers in order:

1. CaseRO
I joined this server right in the beginning of its tenure. Everyone who's anyone in the mid rate scene played this server at some point during the successful 1 year run it had. Every time this server was about to die, Yrvine would add some game of thrones level item and the population would start to rise again. Towards the 1 year mark, there were several corruption claims made by players and then there was 'sudden' attack to the server which eventually made Yrvine leave without any kind of notice.

2. TalisRO
Joined this right in the beginning as well. Basically a renewed version of CaseRO. The admins name in game was (for obvious reasons) Talis, but it wasn't hard for someone who's played Case for a long time to figure out that Talis = Yrvine. This server had a pretty decent start because Yrvine was smart enough to not add the op donations, that he added in case. In a couple of months though, the server started to die because Yrvine started going inactive (like he did on Case) and he would come back with a new donation 'promo' and a new 'big' update but this time around  people knew better and didn't fall for the same bs twice. Eventually Talis died the same way Case died, without the admin informing anyone about anything.

3. OnceRO
Joined this server in the beginning too. Although this server showed a promising start with its features and items, it didn't take long for people to figure out this is Yrvine's third (and maybe final?)attempt in making some more money out of RO and hence most of the decent players left right before woe was even introduced. I believe that OnceRO is just left with a multitude of pinoys bashing each other on a daily basis.

With his history of corruption and inactivity, I'd also like to congratulate Yrvine on making and getting 3 servers to the top mid rate ranking list on rms within the span of a year and a half. Furthermore, I look forward to OnceRO randomly closing and ONCE again, I'll be one of the first people on his fourth server and wait for it to go through the 'yrvine-cycle' and then come back to rms and write a review about it.

Hello DroppedPJK! Great questions! Most servers have a huge base of Filipinos, but on that note, we encourage English throughout our #main and #vending. All of our staff speaks English, and we speak English to our players in-game and on our RaidCall. However, we have A LOT of different individuals here on the server from different parts of the world. So it's unfair to say that Tagalog is the most dominant language on the server. It's not. The economy is stable, and when we have issues, we try to handle them as quickly as we can. In fact, we just hired more GMs to help us with all of the upkeep. For the vendors, we have a lot of vendors but no they're not our player base!

Parties are great here on the server, people tend to use #main to recruit for Abbey parties or free leeches. There's usually always someone willing to help another if not an entire group. We have a lot of the "original" RO gameplay, but every server is different of course. All-in-all we've really worked hard to build, improve, and grow within our server. We've come a long way in a short amount of time, and we look forward to staying open for quite awhile. I'm sorry for everyone's seemingly opposition for the server within this thread, but that's probably for reasons only they know. Is the server perfect? Nope. Do we give a f***? We do. So please, if you're looking for a decent server with individuals, rather than just "pinoys" that everyone seems to react negatively and offensively to, then try us out.
