Well, this is pretty late - They announced it like almost 2 Weeks Ago.
Innova already has a Russian Server for Ragnarok running 4game/innova.
Most of the Russian Community is saying the Server is pretty cancerous - most of them will play on the "New Euro" regardless and just hope for the best that they will try to appeal to more players with less Cash stuff that directly influences the game.
Innova is even marketing to old euro players with the euRO "big kids" like wizzzzard (hey lads, wizzzzzard is playing here - come too.)
