EuphRO

Ok, so first off, I would like to say, any claims here I make have no backup, they are just theories and things I have been wondering. I do not, in any way, say my accusations are true, or false, again, this is just a wonder I have had on my mind about EuphRO.

Ok, so everyone remembers the historic EuphRO right? The first one? With Euph. Yeah, well this new one...I find it kind of hard to believe that he just...gave it all up to a friend. If he was a druggy, wouldnt he still be hoarding the incomes? I have wondered, more then once, if canadiancow was just staged to be himself, euph. I dont remember any proof it was being given to a completly new person. Also, my theory also goes even deeper, still, if anyone talks about the old corruption on the forums, or caught in-game. You are banned in-game with bogus screenshots if you asked for proof. It caught my eye when a GM took a screenshot and he had a space in his GM name, which wasnt there normally and gave it to the player. I didnt say anything on their forums publicly because of fear of being IP banned like the rest.
Anyways, back to the staged switch idea. Think about it, your using the donation money for pot, and weed, or w/e he did, an easy income right? Well if you were addicted, and would got caught, wouldnt you do anything to have your pot back? And wouldnt you be alittle more careful on things since you have been caught? Think of a plan to get players back, without them knowing its you? Personally, I dont see an additude difference in canadian and euph, but that may just be me, both are always angry and have favorites.

Again, these accusations may be false, I have nothing to really back it up in solid evidence, its just another pawn on the board, which ever so often, gets the king in checkmate.
If you have any proof these accusations are false, please let me know and I will erase everything and appoligize, but this is my opinion till I see hard proof.

Discuss :)

They are 2 different people at IRC at least and been like that for years.
Just connect on irc.deltaanime.net and join #athena or #deltaanime and you will see them.

Thats common punishment on most servers to people accusing/spreading corruption rumors without proofs.

Good god, shut up about this drug drama. It's you guys who were willing to pay for nothing, he kept the server up for you ungrateful jackasses. The server did not go down because of that, it's because some a****** GM started rumors that spread almost as rapidly as her legs in a dark Las Vegas alley.

Still, even if the drug s*** is true, there is nothing wrong with him doing weed or whatever, it's his choice. All you goodie-goods need to face the facts: nearly everyone in the world does the ganja, and plenty of 16 year olds drink. We are natural law-breakers. I don't do any of those activities, but I have been outside and have befriended people.

Speaking as an ex GM of EuphRO, the drug stuff was always out there and just random,  something Euphorian ADMITTED to doing in the PAST but when I was GM he said he did not, and he cared about whether his server was going corrupt and what not... However he apparently was having some mental health related problems... I'm not sure if it was an act because there were a number of times he pretended to be someone else and screw around with us GMs...  So is it possible that canadiancow is the same person?  Well anything is possible really,  but canadiancow makes up really strange rules for EuphRO... some could even classify some of these rules as corrupt and bias.  "we can ban you for whatever reason at any given time"  "Dont be stupid"  "dont ask for help through PM or @request"

Anyway I quit GMing EupHRO because it was over drama, and the admin was way to inactive.

I'd be a little biased to try to refute anything Valiance has said, short of posting a copy of my driver's license (which isn't going to happen), but you could always talk to other people in EuphRO who do know me IRL, or any of the other staff.

However, Mewi, the "we can ban you whenever for whatever" is to prevent people from arguing "IT'S NOT AGAINST THE RULES", although to my knowledge, we have never banned anyone for anything that isn't explicitly stated in the rules.

As for the "Don't Be Stupid", the full text is:
Do Not Act Stupid
It's hard to give this rule much of a description, but don't do anything that, while not being listed above, is obviously something that would not be allowed.
Punishment for acting stupid varies depending on the level of stupidity.

We could word it any way we want, but it basically comes down to "don't do anything you know is wrong even if it's not listed here".  Quite a sensible rule in my opinion.

And also, for the record, I don't implement any changes in EuphRO without a majority vote of the other staff.  Sometimes things are my idea, sometimes they aren't.  Just because one staff member makes an announcement that something's changing doesn't mean it was that staff member's idea, or even that they agree with the change.

Hi Scott,  while I cannot say for sure any of your intentions on EuphRO,  I did witness various events where EuphRO staff would punish players for rules that did not exist, or go on personal rants... speaking rudely toward players because they didn't know how to do something they knew how to do... or other things.

But allowing a rule like "we can ban you for whatever reason"  only allows room for your staff to have an excuse for banning someone without an actual cause.  The rule makes it so you can also ban someone for rules that do not exist.  Like overpricing an item in vend, something I did witness at the time.

"Do not act stupid"  who is to judge who is and is not being stupid?  There are a wide range of conflicts with this rule,  "I banned them because they didn't know enough English and were trying to get support"  Just an example on many possible examples.

By the way,  is Konstantine still on your staff?  He is the type of person to abuse the system, brown nose his way to higher positions...  You can note many of his personality flaws with how he treats people that he feels that he is "superior" too.  I think paradox encountered the same attitudes from Konstantine that I did, when he quit.

I guess I just expected different from EuphRO.  and just in case Konstantine whispered any lies in your ears,  I have pure evidence that Serenity was in fact everything I stated... I have a PM from him admitting to it all.  He was kind enough to leave the past in the past and clear up some mysteries.  He was sent by AnimaRO's Debbie to keep an eye on EuphRO.  Because Debbie had an interest in EuphRO... some kind of private RO monopoly?
