why there were lot of non-active server keep in there?
i found totally a lot of server is offline or much more like shut down lol
My writting is a bit cuckoo/cracked,soo please dont get mad at me with my writing if it is very bad
cause this aint EXAM with 350 word or watever
it is chit-chat soo chill out ^^

Most server owners don't take there server off the list and there isn't a system to automatically take it off. :|

If you find a server that is offline for an extended period of time, please report it in our Server Reports section. Please provide a link to the website (and CP if possible), and the server's RMS listing.

What Tom said.  Actually there is an automated system to take listing down after they don't get reviewed for x days where x is related to the amount of existing review the server has.  

Also there are servers that are "home hosted" even their website is "home hosted" ... so those no-ip (or sometimes hided under a .tk domain) sites goes to parked domains depend if their computer is online or not.  Which is silly imo, who wants to play a server that isn't online 24/7 when there are so many selection out there.
