First, the players that stick with a serve and make it last are the grinders. Grinders are those players who honestly and deeply enjoy going through a dungeon for hours and hours gathering items and levels. They like watching mobs spawn, only to be killed. They love gathering quests. They are the reason maple story has clobbered RO.
Second, you system, as described, does not account for respecing, which is critical in PVP. Adapting to your opponents strengths and weaknesses is what separates guild leader from, well, everyone else. Unless you are providing enough money to buy half a dozen of every item in the game, you will have rampant multi accounting, as ppl respec by starting char over and over. If you are providing that much money, you need to be... i can't say that here, but it would be very painful.
Also, i give your server a player life of about a week, before ppl get bored (player life is how long a player stays on server before leaving to another server or another game). Most RO players will get bored with relentless, nonstop PVP. If they wanted that, they would be playing Halo, Ogame, or any of the dozens of first person shooters out there. They are playing RO, which means they like occasional PVP.
