So yes, as you would know lots of server died and included in such misbehavior, reasons are corrupt staffs and donation things. So let's talk about the thing that Server's should do to their donation to avoid this.

Any nicely suggested ideas about this is much appreciated.

Main Question: What should be or What are the donation ideas that a server should have?

Uhhhh shouldn't donations typically go to server costs?  Things that range from server hosting costs, web hosting costs, domain costs...etc?

Anything that wasn't FOR the server would be considered wrongly used donations.

No "donation items" period. They claim to be thank yous for helping the server out but in the end it's just one heavily glorified cash shop.

For the pservers to survive, donations are required to cover for server expenses and development. Without donations a server is less likely to become big and that is what pservers mainly strive for. Hence, pservers does what they want. It is their rules and too keep their players happy is their main priority. If a server is serious they honor their players. If they're not you go to the police, thats the only way to start an investigation to bring down a pserver WITH LEGAL MEANS.

Don't we have Nexon for that? xD

Donations should be for items obtainable in-game only, or field manuals, bubble gum, etc.

Reason being, there is no corruption in simple donations.

Without donations, it is VERY hard for a server to reach a level beyond ~200 players because you can't pay for advertisement, and server costs get pretty expensive after a while.

(unless the admin is rich) xD

I agree with this.  Simple things like Manuals, Gum, and Aesthetic only items (no stats).  The server I play on, for example, allows you to donate for custom colored sprites, character renaming, and some other non-game changing things.

I also agree that donations should go to server upkeep and associated maintenance.  I have played on servers before where the administrator made real-life merchandise (t-shirts, buttons, etc) and sold them to players online.

Basically anything that doesn't give wealthy players (people who donate a lot) a gigantic advantage over those who are unable to donate.

^ Yea it was really cool.  The shirts and stuff had the server name on it as well as some images designed by the Admin.  For those of you wondering, there was no in-game reward for purchasing those shirts/things :D

Anyway, some other cool donation ideas for your server could be:
Gym Passes
Different levels of Field Manuals (25%, 100%, 300%, etc)
JOB Manuals

One good way I saw of doing donates even with a HR private server, was "Super Player" which was to donate to get, a special map for the people that donate, and some commands such as @warp and stuff. But it only works for servers that aren't top heavy with commands.

Even for high rates that's way too much.

Personally I think EuphRO had the most balanced donations. All you could donate for was a "headgear" that would overlay one of your existing ones, giving absolutely no bonuses except for the fact that none of the hats that were featured were obtainable ingame, so it was nothing more than a status symbol. They also allowed you to donate for auras, which looked really cool and I have yet to see recreated.

Despite my severe distaste for donations, I was very tempted to donate to EuphRO -several- times.

Well, I dunno worked perfectly fine on qRO, all you really got was @petrename, @warp and just the simple stuff and it worked perfectly fine. =P But I'll have to say that donating for the headgear and aura is a much better idea imo, even though I also hate donations xD.

@warp is pretty imbalanced.  @go isn't too bad though.. You'd just never need bwings again lol.

Agreed.

dunno, don't find @warp that imbalanced, truthfully especially without the usage of @mobsearch or @showmobs or that Convex Mirror, all it was, was a more accurate Flywing if you knew the co-ords
