Moving to Server Discussion.  I think he mean Dark RO Force?  If it is that one, it has been up for quite a few years and it's a low rate right?  It has their own group of loyal players.

gosen2007 if you are looking for staff of Dark RO this shouldn't be the best place, what about going to their forum or whatever they have for communication?

You don't have to create more than one topic for your question, I have marged them.  But this might go to the junk yard any moment since we can't help you with individual server problem.
