Well, at first sight the server features pretend to be reasonable not too far from official settings.
Looking deeper at it, disabling GTB and FBH sounds reasonable but it also is the first sign to cut out possible problems for a certain setup to be successful.
You're not the only server so, it is just a first small sign it is for elite only.
The second sign is that a guild owning any castle get access to all guild dungeons considering God Items are enabled.
That combination is very protective and custom to give an elite what they want. Maybe very good for skilled players but for casual or average it isn't a situation leaving much prospects.
It will have impact on PvM or MVP also, beside there either will be an insane teleport custom AI implemented or a random warp on any map.
I just learned some relative new players how to portal tank Morroc and do you have any idea how difficult it can be for them to accomplish? Or don't you remember anymore?
So those players asked me, can we go there, do we have a chance? Nope, I said. This server is for the big boys and their 3thpartyprograms, they will control it all.
Probably on the long run we could accomplish something but either the server will be dead long before or we have to compete against God Items. We better seek somewhere else. Who cares if players are complaining if they think something is too easy? In the end if you have knowledge and programs everything is easy, a developer should stay out of that area, it is up to players how to deal with the situation. I think it will be too much for my group on your server settings. No Homunculus autoloot, that is like: I have headache let's shoot off my head, problem solved.

Man this is looking out to be great, not as a potential server, but as miraculous odds of this not becoming a failure like all the others, it's not just cookie this time, but an addition of custom features that cater to a specific play-style along with some custom features such as fragments dropped by monsters that are used for equipment that could change the whole meta of how to properly farm.
The rates for these fragments are hidden to normal players, and this would be fine and dandy, a neat feature if Cubano's intentions for creating the server weren't unclear.
Hopefully these "innovative changes" aren't for competely catering to old friends and guildmates looking for a new server to play, or giving out such information to whoever is in the in crowd.
Being involved with guilds playing your server is cancerous even if that wasn't the case.
Cookie is a can of worms everyone knows about, not only that the whole gang is there, maybe not under the same names, but certainly in moderation regardless of if they properly bring anything to the table in terms of keeping a community happy.

While being hilarious, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt of just being a sexual deviant instead of mentally unstable. Putting cookies group in admin positions while himself just being a lower position doesn't fool anyone.
There has been this group for about 2-3 years called the "Midrate hoppers" no server seems to be stable enough to actually stay up long enough for people to settle down, whether it being ridiculously unbalanced to being network stable.
These people (ashamedly myself included) will lap up s*** servers and attempt to play them anyways.
This track record on day one of staff is the worst I've seen thusfar. I'm going to watch this s*** show unfold, give me a good show. Hopefully proving me wrong, that'd be even better to see.

In my defense, I refrained from pulling my usual shenanigans on Aevir until it got to the point where the admins were clearly asking for it.

I forgot to calculate that in, the heart is at least 5 points, not to mention it was a 6 letter name. Commendable , but it's too bad not maybe players cared at that point in the servers dying life to witness it.
As for Nitrous, how much self-study went into heightening your skills the past few years vs being tutored from "the best"? Honest question.
I don't doubt the amount of investment put in and this staff's competence, it's more-so the lack of self-control which makes every players investments a very volatile object. There's no check, just a patsy which makes things even more interesting.
The stagnation of RO is partly to blame, I can't really even fully fault the persons in question for their own actions because it's just a hobby that has these characteristics to need something added in the mix to be remotely interesting for veterans.

Kinda seems weird that he's the one asking for opinions when the owners are Cubano and Nitrous. If they were to start the thread obviously the thread won't end that way.

I want to see the general post by cawliflower, "Do you have any proof it was the same server project that I was referring to? I said I was a part of the project, for all you know I was asking for features so I can throw them into the recesses of my mind to be locked away forever." I'll die of laughter.
That thread was bait to just get some reactions, it's not like cookie holds any value in what anyone on this forum says in the first place.  Honestly I don't understand all these charades.
I don't believe anyone would leave the server if any truths were said at all they know full well of whats going on in the background.
In all honesty I think it would only bring benefits to just outright say "We have some of the most qualified staff balancing,"ensuring our top midrate spot", and monitoring the servers stability."
P.S. Donations go towards ensuring our staffs lack of self-control stays intact. please continue to donate so they don't decide one day that they wish to destroy what they've created for giggles.
