I think buying of characters should be legal for players.
There's no real reason, why players shouldn't be allowed to do that. Though, it should be announced, that GMs don'T take responsibility for lost accs.

1. What do you think about buying/selling of Characters/Accounts?
Personally, I think it's pointless to waste money buying accounts.  Why bother playing at all if you don't wish to make your own characters?  Selling on the other hand, not something I'd do myself, but I wouldn't have anything against anyone who did this.

2. Is Trading of Characters/Accounts allowed on your server? In your opinion, why do they allow it or disallow it?
I don't really play on any server just now, but it was disallowed on my last server.

3. Will you buy a pre-made character?
Never, complete waste of money.  To me, a big part of RO is playing & watching your characters grow.

Eh, it's their right, their money.
It should be at their own risk and discretion, if they get screwed, tough luck short stuff.
