Alternative RO proven not guilty!

First I want to say, my deepest apologies to Alternative RO. While I did encounter SOME turbulance during my brief play time.....Its to be expected with almost any server, it was just unlucky. However, I would like to say that upon examining the GRF file of Alternative RO. . . . .  . . .

Ecchi RO is incorrect. Yes- it is true that in various ways, Alternative RO is ''similiar'' to Ecchi RO, which is what first spawned my thoughts on the matter. However, the GRF is NOT the same, and the GRF is exclusive to Alternative RO.

I am sorry for any problems I may have caused in my false assumptions in the matter Alternative RO. My deepest sympathies. I will be reccomending your server to some of my own players in place of this accident.

As for you Ecchi RO.....Shame on you. Shame. SHAME!

There are all kinds of reasons to play other servers. xD If you play your own, you really don't get a feel of what else is out there, and kind of get stuck in your little spot. Playing other servers lets you experience other communities, and other ways of forming servers. Often, servers with the same rates will have completely different ways of playing, and its nice to step back and relax in a different server now and again. xD His server still isn't epically large, in population or otherwise, so he might have a bit more time on his hands than those owners of servers that have 200+ players, and work full time, 10-hours a day jobs. I've seen several server owners who have had these times. xD Kind of odd how they would want to make a server, with the limited time they have.

Nice to see that everything is cleared up. I was a little disappointed in how you handled yourself in the topic, but I also respect that you can come out and said ' Yes, I made a mistake. Sorry 'bout that.' =D

Let me tell you something, I have my character online 24/7. I release a new update at LEAST each week. I script NPC's for hours, I handle tons of bug reports, I perfect every single ounce of my server and with the help of the few GM's I have, I try to make the Ragnarok experience of my players top-notch. I do all of this for free, and sometimes, its nice to be the player. I can't really play on my own server, so I spend a little time playing on others. However, this does not relate to this topic at all, so please refrain from posting these kinds of questions in the future. If you doubt my legitimacy, please come on to Wright RO and see for yourself.

Actually, yes yC. I do. Let me give you a brief list,

I'm a defensive linebacker on the local highschool football team.

I'm part of the local racquet (tennis) club.

I'm currently working on a book entitled ''Kid's Today'' which I will be happy to give you a few sample chapters from if you desire.

I currently hold the #1 ranking for ages 14-16 bench press in my town, at 217.25 pounds.

I play billiards.

In the spring I'm a 400-meter sprinter and #3 HCRHS ranked Shotput and Javelin throwing team member.

I'm a 24-3 highschool wrestler.

Anything else you'de like me to tell you about, or do you have any other pathetic comments which you want to spray in an attempt to belittle me? Unfortunately yC, some of us are incredibly busy and have to work on our servers a lot within the spare time we DO have, since we have other things occupying our time. But I'm sure you wouldn't know much about that, considering you spend about 15 hours out of the day moderating a forum posting insulting replies. You probably won't believe anything I've said, I won't hold it against you- I wouldn't expect you to have that kind of mental capacity, however next time, its probably better not to attempt to downsize an avid forum member who contributes more to the forum with easy server-setup guides and information than you will in the better portion of your life.

MWright967, i didn't take your word as an insult so please do not take mine as an insult.  Riotblade and a few others on my msn has been telling me to take more english class whenever i type something wrong.  You are just another one that feel the same way as they do -.-.

Nah, I won't find someone else to post an announcement for me, or simply no one wants to do it =(.  All i want to do is get the message across.  It's ok they know i type like that, if i am good with english i might start a blog instead.

To clarify my question.  I was just curious if you are having school, college or work and how can you balance both real life and managing your server.  Because I tried that and it was a very difficult road for me.  In the end, i gave up the server.  Good for you, it seems you have both a wonderful server and a wonderful life ahead of you.

Another clarification, I don't spend 15 hours a day in this forum, i wish i can.  If i do, the general discussion (unsorted) section will be sorted a long time ago.
