can i use winzip? i have there i put the 2 at 1 winzip.... after that?

Descent

You shouldn't have to place them into 1 ZIP. Open Part 1 in either WinRAR or WinZip, extract the contents, and it will automatically extract Part 2.

No, you have to use WinRAR. Winzip (As far as I know) does not allow splitting files. Plus, .001/.002 etc are Winrar files.

Wrong, Pow.
You can use 7-Zip.
WinZip doesn't work on WinRAR archives, so use WinRAR or 7-Zip.
I remove my files and RMS is back to halp halp halp. D:

He didn't ask about 7-Zip, so I'm not wrong.. Except maybe the "have to" part. And plus, do you honestly think if he doesn't want to use Winrar, that is going to want to download 7-Zip?

I don't think so.

Most think WinRAR is a pay-for-use program, when it isn't, but it's in trial version.
7-Zip is free, and it handles .rar as well as .7z and .zip
The wrong part it that he has to use WinRAR :P
