Even though, you might scrap the "freeze" part,

Magic ninjas are pretty much MATK based, get as much INT and MATK+% equipment, also I reccomend you to use Falling Bishop Shoes, since your server is a high rate...

Why do I even bother...
It depends in alot of things, server customizations, gear, class they are going against,etc...
Please, when making a topic do not give bland info, not all servers are the same, we do not have omnipotent sight, you are asking us to shoot an arrow at a target, to which target you say? "A tree", there are many trees in the forest, I really need to create an image and upload it and post everytime when someone asks me to shoot at a random tree...

Even though, you mentioned a high rate, so i guess magic is better than throwing in every high rate ive played, so there's what I can tell you from all info i've gathered
