First one don't look that great
Second one there is no Server name
For me the best ones ist number 3.

Tekwar, there's a server name on the second image.

I like the background on the second one, try changing the text that is viewable. The third image is good though.

Number 1 is awful. Number 3 looks good but it has too much going on. Go with 2.

By the way, why are there watermarks in the 3 banners? The watermark in 2 is ok, but the ones in 1 and 3 are reaaally bad.

I agree the second one is probably best. The first one is boring and choppy. Third WAY too much going on at once. I seriously couldn't sit there and read it because the name of the server was all shiny and stuff. Idk, just too much at once for the third.

I would rather love to see a mix of the second and third one - like the background from the second one with fonts from the third one.
Sadly you didn't upload the second one with a new font
