Actually, this is GRF Edit.

I even plan to implement a command to remove textures, to decrease the game graphic latency, very useful for WoE / PvP players.


For now, those are private reserves, and I think you could download those from google search "gray map" "grf edit".

I hate that s***. You lose all interaction with the environment. It becomes all about numbers, 1s and 0s, you may as well design blank woe maps.
