looking for Elite Hero Quest script and Race Quest script

I played Dreamer RO and what enticed me was the elite hero quest. something to devote your time so people could not change main chars easily. This quest starts with a simple weapon. which has quests for PVP kills and some items, if completed, they can evolve their weapons to a stronger one.

Also I need a script for changing your skin color just like in Dreamer RO.
Purple = Dark Elf
Whitish = Light Elf
Pale = Vampire
Redish = Lycan
Green = Orc

Something like that. Thanks in advance
