How to Edit Stats Hallucination?

First I apologize if you are in the wrong area , I am having problem in the war of the empire with the Hallucination ability Drug
of genetic , I wonder if it is possible to remove the hallucinatory effect on grf is now possible to disable the effects , but would like to play with the effects but without the hallucination status shaking the screen , thanks to all who help me and sorry for my english not very good.
