You can disregard the mobster one.

Tried first to remake +/- that one from zero since it had toooo much detail to just use a plain resize and fix here and there, see if you like, if not I will just jump to the shield shape with SR.

Tried to do something like a team group based on ro but it failed[based on the idea of a society like in Bleach] but since it failed[aka I hated the final result] I just grabbed Kon and Ichigo.
