Getting grfs from official servers in other countries.

Hi. I've been trying to download the installer from pRO so I can extract the data from their grfs to add some of their content (like the new poring headgear) to my server. It always times out though. I tried using a Philippines proxy, and it still times out or errors. I know these grfs get around, or else people wouldn't be able to post packs of jRO NPCs and the like. Can someone point me to where to find them? Thanks!

I thought we have people from that country to test/confirm with you, well do you have a link to share for testing?  Make sure your proxy is not a super slow one.

The link I'm using is http://ragnarok.levelupgames.ph/main/new-philippine-ragnarok-online-installer/. I've tried both the set up and the torrent link with no success. After I thought the problem might be they only allow downloads to Philippines IP, I googled free proxys in Philippines, and tried a few of the IPs on the list. I don't know how to check the speed on them, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's too slow.

ETA: Fixed! I found a better proxy and was able to download. Also, the most current link to download from is http://www.levelupgames.ph/main/downloads-ragnarok/ Thanks for the advice. ^_^
