Daily Log in rewards scripts/whatever it is

hi. im the admin for my server and i have a dev working with me.. he's a good dev and still learning more! however we are having problems with this Daily gift NPC.. i have see in one of the midrate server and it looks really cool. it looks like daily log in gifts from MMORPG mobile games on android/ios.

i really wanted to have one on my server but we dont know where to start. is there anyone who can help us with this?
