ofc not but that's why you've some bugged servers with eamod and some others very very bugged and some good ones that know what they do and have it working at 100%.
Probably some servers have an old version leaked by a br server where, before the server close, one of the admins raged with another admin and released this free at megaupload like websites and tons of people got access to it that way but ofc that version is old, not updated and have flaws that new versions may not have.
I think there was a similar version, free, made by someone released at eathena that had some of the features that are present at eamod. Beware that even if it's free, it doesn't have the hole package that eamod has neither you get access to a spanish svn with tons of updated stuff +/- up2date with kro releases, you just get some free modes that are similar to the ones at eamod like death-match and capture the flag.
