Why i cant open Ragnarok Online RO Private Server ExE?
It says: The program cant start because binkw32.dll is missing from you
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

You can't because you're missing the file that you said you were missing O_o.

Put this in your Ragnarok folder.
Its because you installed RO into a folder from probably a Lite installer, Most Ro's don't include the RO Dll's, If so, Just go to the main RMS page, and look for the DLL's only. Extract that into your folder, Along with the private RO, And make sure you have data.grf or sdata.grf AND rdata [RagLite] in the same folder.
