Weird Resolution problem

I'm trying to play in 1024x768. The server I'm playing on has 3 different servers and 3 different exe's. The Renewal client, which is the one I have the issue on, is much smaller than the Classic client. Here's a screenshot:



Both are in 1024x768 but the bigger one is the size I want and that's the Classic client. I've tried a lot of things. Reinstalling, running as admin, editing through regedit, using ROExt.

Can anyone help me fix this? I tried out different resolutions and they all seem to be smaller than they should be. I'm on a Win8 laptop with a NVIDIA video card if that matters. I seem to be the only one with this problem so it must be something on my end. If I can't fix it I'm probably going to have to use the false full screen thing which is not how I want to play.
