Upload at games.internode.on.net? why not ?

Hello everybody, i'm from Vietnamese .I love rag .But in VN ,all server is bad .So i find to foreign server .But it's need Kro or Sakay.so i download on RMS but translate so slow (all link).I know 1 host upload game very good ,it's games.internode.on.net .Download translate is medium to fast (100 -200 Kb/s ) .why neither who upload at it ? If someone is upload at it ,i'll very very thank.

I was just at http://games.internode.on.net ... I am not a member, but still I don't see anywhere it mentions about uploading file to them.  Last time we got the files uploaded was due to Pow's help.

edit: i registered but been like 30 mins and no activation email lol.

edit: ok i don't see an option to upload but to suggest a file and to provide a link ... is that really gonna work?
