Multiclienting?

So this one server I'm on is all like "we don't really want you to multiclient so if you can't figure out how to den too bad."

It doesn't have the .exe so I can't open the client directly. I have to open the patcher and then open the game from there, but if I try to run it twice den it liek freezes both thingies.
