okay so try this....

Download this and then throw that into your RO folder and tell me if it helps with ur lag

thx but noes it didnt ;_; and about the ISP, how can only affect ro ? since anything else seems to be ok x_x (oh yea my grammar blows lawl)

uhmmz i havnt heard bout anybody with the same problem and that was one of the first things i did..checkin a different server and yea same problem
