Game doesn't start

I wanted to play ragnarok online after a long break. I downloaded required files. I patched sakray with no problem. I press start and settings menu appears. Then I press OK button. As usual game must be opened but settings menu appears again. It continous like this. I asked some of my friends; they said download client again, delete some files and something like them. Even I formatted my computer.But it didn't fixed.  Can anyone hep me please?
