I have already tried the sakfix thing..

Try running the program as Administrator :

Right click on the shortcut---> Run As --> Administrator

Or I'm not sure if it affects Vista, but try turning off DEP for all RO executables.

I tried running as admin still nothing.

Yes it is Vista dep?

Would that happen to me the UAC?

I don't think downloading from iro is a good idea, most server follow kro.
