problem about dll files

can any1 help me out about my dll file
 
i got a file that call binkw32.dll file the cannot be found in my RO
when i paste others server binkw32.dll files into it, it says that other's of this dll files are not allowed or something that jus reject it.

this causes me can't extract other's server patch into it. can any1 help me out?

hmmm if worst comes to worst just reinstall RO...

uhhh and if u can just redownload the .dll files and throw em into your RO folder
