Private server don't run

i already downloaded the client but when running other server it only appear like this.
it doesnt start... all server i downlod.. is there any problem with it or its just my computer user has limited access

Own pc? It's easy to limit the use that people can do to a pc if it's not your own.

yes own pc but not admin. my dad dont want me to play game. just programming, web design and animation. no play time
